Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging with prospective clients, presenting our software products and solutions, understanding client requirements across industries, and drafting comprehensive scope documents.

This role acts as a bridge between the customer and the technical team, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs for web-based and mobile app-based software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual) to present the company’s software products and services effectively.

• Understand business requirements from clients across various industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, healthcare, logistics, etc.).

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed client requirements and translate them into technical scope of work.

• Prepare functional proposals, presentations, and demos in coordination with the technical team.

• Collaborate with internal teams (development, design, QA) to prepare effort estimates and project timelines.

• Act as a bridge between the client and the development team during the requirement gathering and proposal stages.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to enhance solution presentations.

• Participate in RFP/RFI responses and client solution workshops if required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in presales, business analysis, or client engagement in an IT/software company.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, especially for web and mobile applications.

• Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools.

• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience working with CRM tools and project management platforms.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies is a plus.
